Come and learn how to make
popular Thai dishes at our Thai Cookery School in Chiang Mai. Chiang Mai has
some of the most reasonably priced cookery courses. At only 1000Bt/day we will
teach you how to make 5 popular Thai dishes. You will also learn about Thai
ingredients, rice preparation and Thai fruits or desserts. Our well trained
staff will take you through the steps of cooking each dish and you eat all the
results.

Classes are
held at our school situated in our large garden on the outskirts of the city. On our course
no time is wasted travelling for a long distance out of the city.
Top priority is given to hygiene and cleanliness. Our kitchen has plenty of
space for you prepare and cook. Each person gets their own workstation and
cooker.
You will be picked up in the morning at your
guesthouse/hotel and taken to the school. |

A trip to the market to learn about
Thai ingredients.
A traditional Thai lunch with fruit in season.
A recipe book to keep as a souvenir and refer to when you get back home.
A welcome drink plus tea or coffee.
The cooking and preparing of all the selected dishes in your course.
Transport to and from the school. |
The
price of the course is 1000 Baht/person
The course starts at 9.30am
and finishes at approx. 4pm
You will be able to prepare and cook all the dishes listed in the menu.
You will also be able
to eat your completed dishes and learn about the preparation and ingredients of
Thai food. |
